About these terms
These terms are between you and the individual owner who runs Love Spell Worldwide as a trading name. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Love Spell Worldwide. By signing up you confirm that you are 18 or older. We may remove accounts we believe belong to minors.
Your account
Keep your login details safe — you are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information, upload only photos of yourself, and do not create an account for anyone else. One person, one account.
Respectful conduct
No harassment, hate speech, threats, scams, solicitation, nudity or sexual content in photos, or impersonation. Do not share other members' private information or messages without their consent. You can report or block any member from within a chat. We review every report and may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
Matching and messaging
A conversation opens only when two members like each other. Every account includes 15 free outgoing messages; receiving messages is always free. To keep the community safe, sending is limited to 20 messages per minute.
Paid plans and passes
After your free messages are used, continued sending requires a paid plan: $9.99 per month (unlimited messaging), a $4.99 7-day pass, or a $1.99 24-hour pass. Prices are shown before you pay, and payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Passes stack: time you buy is added on top of any time you already have. If you cancel the monthly plan, you keep unlimited messaging until the end of the month you have paid for.
Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. Cancelling the monthly plan stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current month.
Your content
You keep ownership of your photos and profile text. You give us permission to display them to other members as part of the service. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
Safety and liability
Love Spell Worldwide is an introduction service. We do not conduct background checks and do not guarantee the identity, intentions, or conduct of any member. Meet in public, tell a friend, and never send money to someone you meet here. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the actions of members, on or off the app.
Suspension and removal
We may suspend or remove any account that breaks these terms, at our discretion. A suspended member is hidden from Discover, matching, and messaging until restored.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
